How much does a facial cost in Boca Raton?
Across Boca Raton, professional facials typically run between $100 and $250 depending on depth and the technology used. A custom facial at Boca Med Spa starts around $125, with resurfacing treatments such as peels and microneedling priced higher because of the products and downtime involved. Pricing appears on every treatment page before you are asked to book.
What is the difference between microneedling and a chemical peel?
A chemical peel removes the outer layers of skin using acids, which works well for pigmentation, sun damage and surface texture. Microneedling creates controlled micro-injuries that trigger collagen production, which works better for scarring and deeper texture. Peels usually mean visible flaking for several days; microneedling typically means redness for about 24 hours. Which suits you depends on your skin and your calendar — we work that out at consultation.
How many laser hair removal sessions will I need?
Most people need six to eight sessions, because the laser only affects follicles in their active growth phase and not all follicles are active at once. Facial areas are usually spaced four to six weeks apart, body areas six to eight. We plan the full course at your consultation so you know the total cost up front rather than session by session.
Is body sculpting the same as weight loss?
No. Body contouring reduces localised pockets of fat and tightens skin in specific areas — it is not a weight-loss treatment and works best on people already close to their target weight. If a stubborn area has not responded to diet and exercise, that is what these treatments are for. We will tell you honestly at consultation if you are not a good candidate.
